Should the Dallas Cowboys trade for Tim Tebow?
Mac Engel of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram made a compelling case Monday for why the Dallas Cowboys should trade for Tim Tebow.
At the heart of his argument is that acquiring Tebow would send a message to the rest of the team that no one is safe, not even Tony Romo, and that each player needs to work hard for their spot in the lineup and on the roster.
Said the article:
More than anything else, acquiring Tebow sends the message that desperately needs to be posted somewhere around the halls at Valley Ranch that reads in giant non-erasable ink: All Jobs Available — Inquire Within.

Trade for [Tebow], and open up the quarterback spot immediately. Let the best QB win. Let Tony know what it’s like to have a real guy breathing down his neck for playing time.
